4M COMMUNICATIONS was started by a team of marketing and communication professionals weary of the conventional ways things were done in traditional advertising. One question constantly came to mind. Why do clients pay multiple fees and manage multiple agencies,when the right agency with the right thinking can effectively reach different target audiences (Hispanic, African American, and General Market consumers) and integrate marketing and advertising efforts across multiple disciplines. We believe that’s the way to truly maximize a brand’s impact.

Miguel is an Award-winning Creative Director with over 20 years experience in the field of advertising.
His background in the Arts has enabled him to create award winning campaigns.
His creative work has gained him international acclaim at prestigious festivals such
as the Fiap, Clios and Cannes.
He has worked for agencies such as Grey Advertising, Saatchi & Saatchi, UniWorld Group and Prime Access.
Miguel has created ad campaigns for a variety of brands including Mars, HSBC, Red Cross, Toyota, P&G, The New York Lottery, Flomax, Weny’s, Burger King, Astrazeneca, Heineken,
Diageo, Citibank, Lyrica, Gardasil, Cingular, Alaska airlines, Delta airlines, Buick,
Panasonic, HBO and The US Marines.

BEN MARSHALL
Creative Director

Ben Marshall is an award winning Creative Director/Art Director. His diverse background includes a wealth of experience in television, print, digital, graphic design, fine art and music. From 1989-1993, Marshall was Art Director at BLACK ENTERPRISE magazine. He is credited with redesigning the magazine to reflect a more contemporary, millennial look. Marshall joined the UniWorld Group, Inc., where he developed and art directed print advertising, television commercials, and web based projects for the company’s extensive high-profile roster of clients. He is the recipient of a number of prestigious advertising awards including an Effie for a United States Marines campaign. Because of his diverse background he can execute in all areas of creative.

CARLOS MONTANO
Creative Director

As a cross-cultural Creative Director, Carlos brings more than 20 years of creative and marketing experience to 4M COMMUNICATIONS. He has served as Creative Director at Brand Addict, WPP Multicultural-UniWorld Group and Grey Advertising New York, working with a distinguished roster of clients that included Masterfoods, HSBC, The Red Cross, Seagram, Panasonic, Procter & Gamble, Issey Miyake, Ungaro, Warnerbros and The New York Lottery. Carlos has also worked extensively in Latin America. His experience in Latin American advertising includes responsibilities such as that of Creative Director at D’Arcy and FCB, where he created successful campaigns for Colgate, Renault, Bell Canada, Citibank and MasterCard and Caracol TV, among others.
